Our dinner that night is one of the highlights of our dining experiences. The meal brought back memories of the first time that we had dinner at the French Laundry. The whole evening was beautifully orchestrated. All the way from the opening with champagne and caviar to the end with dessert and truffles.

The presentation was beyond extraordinary. Each dish was beautiful presented as well a flavorful. We especially enjoyed the chef’s table with the appetizers. We felt that we were being treated like a king a queen.  Thank you for everyone involved for giving us an experience that we will never forget.

My husband and I were going to Napa with friends to celebrate our shared birthday.  The friends we travel with enjoy fine dining like we do, and the four of us have traveled to numerous destinations around the world and have enjoyed some special culinary dining experiences.

In one word the evening was “perfection” from beginning to the end.  Take your camera, because the place settings were beautiful, and you will want to take pictures of the food and the plating of the food you will be served.  Chef talked with us while he cooked, and being foodies, we asked questions, and learned some trade secrets too.

We greatly enjoyed our visit! Thank you for being our gracious host. Dinner by Chef Walter was amazing, and the Ackerman Heritage house was incredible. I can tell it is a labor of love for Lauren. She has done an amazing job with the restoration, furnishings, and putting the whole experience together. Joe was a veritable knowledgebase of the entire property. The level of attention to detail would make many museums jealous. We appreciate the time and effort you all spent to entertain us and share your great wines. We hope to see you all again the next time we are in the valley.

Just celebrated mom’s 99th birthday with Tea at Ackerman Heritage House! Kristie, Molly and the entire crew created a fabulous and memorable experience! No detail was overlooked, from the personalized menus to the spectacular birthday cake.

Mrs. Ackerman and Kristie were great hosts. Chef was very engaging and cooked a wonderful meal with us in the kitchen. He’s very passionate about farm to table bringing several local ingredients from his own property. It was coupled with great wine pairing – including 2006 Cab! Finished the trip off on a very high note.

We thoroughly enjoyed the virtual tasting paired with the duck pastrami and cheeses as well as learning how to cook with the seasonings. Joe, Kristie, Lauren and the entire team really know how to treat your club members! We really feel part of the Ackerman family!  We have already prepared steaks and salmon with the seasonings. And of course they go so well with the Ackerman wines!

The amount of attention to details for the wonderful Serenade of Music was astounding.

I know it takes a team, thank you to everyone for the obvious amount of TLC and thought that went into all the aspects of the event.

Beautiful Lauren, you are the most elegant MC, comfortable and eloquent. You made it a true pleasure, I felt the welcoming spirit from beginning to the end.

Ronny traversed the different segue ways wonderfully, with a glint and sparkle in his eyes. He was a true pleasure to watch and listen to, soul food. The whole experience was a gift, thank you again for the invitation.

Lovely service and the house is beautifully restored and decorated. The food was delicious, we loved the seasonal pumpkin treats and best of all the biscuit on the turkey sandwich was amazing. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very enjoyable and memorable experience at Ackerman Heritage House and Vineyards. The wines are superb, and Joe was friendly, informative, and accommodating. The house is so beautiful, it was well-kept, and full of history. We will surely come back with family and friends soon. We highly recommend this vineyard for wine-tasting, it’s worth the price.

Five of us are now fully primed and thankful as we approach Thanksgiving. We enjoyed our Ackerman tea experience to the hilt and had a delightful tea service tastefully done in vintage style. We all agreed a highlight was having Alexia give us an informed tour that included history of the mansion along with commentary on the extensive, careful renovations that capture the Victorian era. With the smart additions of modern conveniences, Ackerman Heritage House can easily accommodate events and special gatherings to suit many clients. For us, we’re going back for a Charles Dickens Christmas tea!

Staff was very sweet. It would have been nice if the server had explained the food and tea a little. The docent staff was very knowledgeable!
